Professional Athletic Background: Played semi-pro football for Southwest Hawks and Lafayette Generals; also played for Indianapolis Caps 5 years in late 1970's and early 1980's.

Coaching Experience: Assistant coach at Monrovia HS 1977-1978; head coach at Tri-West HS 1979-1989, at Decatur Central HS 1990-2000, and at Indian Creek HS 2001-present; current head coaching record 276-106.

Coaching Honors: Region Coach of the Year 1982; South All-Star coach 1983; 12-time Conference Coach of the Year; 17 conference, 7 sectional, and 4 regional championships; 1 semi-state championship; State Runner-up once.
