Coaching Experience:  Assistant football caoch Anderson Madison Heights 5 years, then head coach 9 years; first head coach at Jay County HS, remaining there 17 years; career coaching record of 165-88-2.

Coaching Honors:  Had 23 consecutive winning seasons as head coach; was 41st on All-Time Winningest Coach List compiled by IFCA.

Outstanding Players Coached:  Jack Rector and Neal Rector, Anderson University; Michael Clark, Indiana University; Jay Powell, Hanover College; Dave Vormohr, University of Indianapolis; Bob Dressel, Purdue University. 

Special Recognition:  Member of Indiana Football Coaches Association; first Director-Elect and second Director for Region 5; served on All-Star Committee several times; served as a teacher at Jay County High School.
