Professional Career:  Family medicine practitioner for 50+ years in Brookville where he served as team physician for Brookville HS in all sports 1950-1993; did sports physicals for free for many years and for $10.00 until his retirement, with anyone unable to pay continuing to be done without charge; attended on the sidelines at all school games during the 50+ years he practiced, retiring in 1993.

Special Recognition:  Was captain in US Army 1944-1946 in Europe, assigned as medical personnel to a tank unit in 8th Armored Division; life member of Academy of Family Practice; attended many continuing education seminars on sport medicine.   

Family:  Wife, Mary; children, John, Carol, and Perry, Jr.

Dr. Seal passed away January 2, 1996.
