Coaching Experience:  First athletic coach at Red Wing High School, Red Wing, MN; won Southern Championships in basketball and 1 State Championship game in baseball; won 18 games and lost 2; coached at Anaconda, MN, 1921; won 2 District Championships; played in 1 State Final Championship game in football; won 30 games, lost 5, tied 3; Gary Emerson High School football coach 1928-1962; won or shared City Championship 15 times; won the Northern Indiana Conference Championship in 1930; record of 191-97-28; retired after the 1962 season.
