Coaching Experience:  Head basketball coach at Vanceburg, KY, 1932-1933; head football coach at Manchester, OH, 1933-1942; head football coach at Lawrenceburg, IN, 1945-1967, with a 106-53-10 record; assistant football coach in San Antonio, TX, 1967-1972; head football coach 35 years; also, served as head baseball coach at Lawrenceburg 1948-1967 and basketball assistant varsity and reserve team coach 1945-1959; coached Junior American Legion baseball teams, taking 2 teams to state finals.

Coaching Honors:  Undefeated football seasons at Manchester 1936, 1937, 1938; undefeated football season in 1963 at Lawrenceburg and 6 Conference Championships.

Special Recognition:  Served in US Army during WW II 1942-1945; managed Junior American Legion baseball program in Lawrenceburg 20 years; recognized by Lawrenceburg community in May, 1967 with a "Pat O'Neill Day" parade and festivities to honor his many contributions to youth.
