Coaching Experience: Anderson College offensive coordinator 1976-1977 and head coach 1978-1981, with 30-9-0 record; Georgetown College, Georgetown, KY, head coach 1982-1992, with 75-43-1 record; California University, PA, head coach 1993-1996; University of Saint Francis head coach 1997 to retirement, with 65-18-0 record; overall career coaching record of 180-104-1 (.633); named Athletic Director at USF on August 11, 1999. Coaching Honors: Hoosier Buckeye Collegiate Conference Champions in 1980, 1981; HBCC Coach of the Year 1980, 1981; team was in NAIA play-offs 1981; Mid-South Conference Championships in 1978, 1989, 1990-1992; made NAIA appearance in 1987, 1989-1992; NAIA National Champions 1991; developed the first collegiate football program in Fort Wayne in 1997at U of Saint Francis; teams won MSFA Mideast League Championship 1998-2004; named MSFA Mideast League Coach of the Year 1999-2004; teams made NAIA Championship Series appearances 1998-2004, NAIA CS Semi-final appearances 2003 and 2004, NAIA National Championship Game appearance 2004; named NAIA National Coach of the Year 1991 and 2004. Outstanding Players Coached: Cory Jacquay, 2004 MSFA and NAIA Player of the Year; Jeremy Dutcher, 2000 MSFA Player of the Year and 2-time NAIA All-American.
